Production and Shipping Time

At Ex/Boyfriend, we prioritize sustainability by producing our items per order. This means that your product may not be available immediately, and orders may take up to 10 days to be prepared for shipment. If you require your order by a specific date or have an urgent request, please contact us before placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations solely due to shipping time constraints.
