Returns
As a small business, we operate with limited resources and, therefore, do not accept returns. However, we understand that there may be instances where an exchange is necessary. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange. Each returns case will be reviewed by our customer service team based on the evidence and can only be done for items that have not been worn and remain in their original condition. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you require an exchange for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that we only accept the exchange of items that have not been worn and remain in their original condition and packaging. In these cases, please consider that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for returned items. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item and we are unable to provide a replacement within a 30-day timeframe, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
